You will own the Salesforce-based platform that powers underwriting, servicing, funding, and compliance for 140+ staff, shaping the backlog, specs, and rollout strategy with a high degree of autonomy.
You will collaborate with Salesforce engineers, product operations, and analytics to measure impact and drive operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and company priorities.
