Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily schedules and service routes for HVAC and plumbing technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill set, location, availability, job priority, and estimated completion times.
• Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments to keep jobs moving and minimize delays.
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding appointments, scheduling changes, job status, and service needs.
• Use dispatching and scheduling technology to streamline operations, improve response times, and maintain accurate job information.
• Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive service calls while balancing the overall workload and technician availability.
• Track daily routes and appointments to ensure technicians have the information, tools, and time needed to complete jobs successfully.
• Work closely with management, technicians, and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep field operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and quick decision-making are essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching.
• Trades knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
