Intern - Product Strategy & Innovation

Acxiom is looking for an Intern
- You will work with a high energy group to help advise a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life.

This role will function as a central resource with design, development, quality, test, marketing, and distribution of Acxiom’s Real Identity product suite. Activities will include hands‑on engagement with engineering teams to develop new capabilities, delivery teams to support client engagements and data & identity product teams to maintain joint standards. In addition, this individual will monitor ongoing product capability and formulate and implement long‑term plans for cost/profit control and promote use of new technologies and industry‑leading trends.

Acxiom is seeking a Product Strategy & Innovation Intern to help shape the next generation of data, identity, AI‑powered, and cloud‑based solutions. This role will work across product management, commercialization, engineering, delivery, and go‑to‑market teams to support the development of innovative products and applications that help clients improve customer acquisition, engagement, measurement, and business performance.

The intern will contribute to product strategy, market analysis, commercialization planning, and solution innovation across Acxiom’s identity, data, and intelligence portfolio. The role offers exposure to emerging technologies, cloud ecosystems, AI‑enabled applications, and industry‑specific solutions while partnering with cross‑functional teams to bring new capabilities to market.

• Start date is January 11th, 2027.
• Anticipated graduation date is May 2027 or December 2027.
• 20-25/week during the semester

• Learn and support Acxiom’s portfolio of identity, data, intelligence, and customer solutions while acting as a product resource for internal stakeholders.
• Support development of product strategies, business cases, investment recommendations, and commercialization plans for new and existing offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities within data, AI, cloud, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Assist in product roadmap development, requirements gathering, and user story creation.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to support delivery of innovative capabilities and customer‑focused solutions.
• Support product packaging, pricing, positioning, and value proposition development.
• Help evaluate opportunities for AI‑powered applications, automation, customer intelligence, and decision‑support solutions.
• Participate in development of industry‑specific solution concepts and use cases across key vertical markets.
• Contribute to executive presentations, strategic planning exercises, and innovation initiatives across the organization.

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise business recommendations.
• Interest in product management, strategy, AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, or digital transformation.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, or business intelligence tools.
