Position: Masonry Foreman / Superintendent - Jacksonville

Masonry Foreman / Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Brick, Block, Stone

A well-established design-build General Contractor based in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman / Superintendent to lead medium to large-scale commercial masonry projects throughout the greater Jacksonville area. Formed over 15 years ago, this contractor has successfully delivered $500+ million in combined Construction Management projects, earning a strong reputation for quality, safety, and long-term client relationships.

As Masonry Foreman / Superintendent, you will lead daily masonry operations, coordinate layout, manage crews, and maintain project timelines for major commercial developments, while providing hands-on field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise masonry crews ranging from 5–20 personnel
  • Plan and coordinate daily masonry operations, layout, manpower, and material needs
  • Manage crew productivity while maintaining project schedules and milestones
  • Oversee quality control, jobsite safety, and compliance with commercial standards
  • Coordinate with project management teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
  • Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation from mobilization through closeout

We are looking for a proven Masonry Foreman or Superintendent with experience on commercial projects ranging from $500K–$5M, and a strong background managing crews of 5–20 workers. Candidates should have a solid understanding of commercial construction standards, safety practices, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining a productive, professional jobsite. Local candidates or those willing to work in the Jacksonville area are preferred.
