• Assist with opening the jobsite and aligning subcontractor workforce activities with the daily schedule
• Support the supervision and coordination of subcontractors and on-site field labor
• Help ensure the jobsite is secured at the end of each workday
• Participate in contractor coordination and planning meetings

• Enforce company safety policies and procedures in the field
• Support pre-task planning and job hazard awareness efforts
• Assist with inspections to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Assist with implementing site logistics plans
• Help maintain daily progress alignment with the project schedule
• Support communication between field crews, subcontractors, and project leadership

• Experience working in construction field operations or a related trade environment
• Basic knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in active construction environments
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow into increasing levels of responsibility

• Coursework or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Internship or previous experience on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Familiarity with safety standards and jobsite procedures

• Work is primarily jobsite-based and may include exposure to outdoor conditions and active construction areas
• Travel for project assignments may be required based on business needs
