Project Superintendent | $130K–$155K Base + Full Benefits | Florida Travel

We are a full-service general contractor specializing in multifamily and student housing construction. • Lead and manage day‑to‑day field activities including site work, utilities, framing, concrete, MEPS, drywall, paint, roofing, and punch list.
• Supervise subcontractors and a field team of 2‑5 assistants, ensuring quality, schedule, and production targets are met.
• Implement and uphold the project Quality Control program.
• Maintain strong working relationships with local AHJs and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow direction from upper management while driving project execution.
• Use project software and tools to stay organized and communicate effectively with the team.

• 5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily/student housing construction with wood framing.
• Deep understanding of trade sequencing, production planning, and field coordination.
• Excellent leadership skills with a professional, organized, and proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Computer experience with Excel, Word, and ideally Procore.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to achieve within 6 months of hire).
• Available to work 40 hours per week with occasional Saturdays depending on project needs.
• MEWP and forklift certifications provided if needed.
