- Certifications provided if needed (MEWP and Forklift)
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day field activities including site work, utilities, framing, concrete, MEPS, drywall, paint, roofing, and punch list.
- Supervise subcontractors and a field team of 2‑5 assistants, ensuring quality, schedule, and production targets are met.
- Implement and uphold the project Quality Control program.
- Maintain strong working relationships with local AHJs and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow direction from upper management while driving project execution.
- Use project software and tools to stay organized and communicate effectively with the team.
- 5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily/student housing construction with wood framing.
- Deep understanding of trade sequencing, production planning, and field coordination.
- Excellent leadership skills with a professional, organized, and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Computer experience with Excel, Word, and ideally Procore.
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to achieve within 6 months of hire).
- Available to work 40 hours per week with occasional Saturdays depending on project needs.
- MEWP and forklift certifications provided if needed.
