Key Duties include:
- Supervising on-site Project Superintendents and Engineers
- Preparing utility notification documents
- Managing project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Negotiating with clients and suppliers
- Ensuring project quality and safety compliance
- Participating in training and recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Extensive asphalt paving knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Physical Demands & Work Environment: The role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions, physical activities like climbing and lifting, and exposure to construction site hazards.
