We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mechanical Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects across multiple locations. This role requires a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
, as well as proven experience managing field operations on ground-up commercial projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for daily jobsite supervision, scheduling, workforce coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can travel frequently, and enjoys building strong relationships with project teams and general contractors.
Responsibilities- Oversee mechanical field operations on large commercial projects.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and safety programs.
- Coordinate with project managers and GCs to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with specifications.
- 10+ years of mechanical construction experience.
- Strong background in large commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
