Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Project Manager III to join the Construction Design Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health. Experienced Construction Project Manager with 15+ years of project management or 10+ years of Healthcare construction experience. Demonstrated contractor oversight, cost estimating, and cost control of Large Medical Facility projects, inclusive of all aspects of building, infrastructure, and site.
Experience with national healthcare construction codes, guidelines, and best practices. History of Healthcare User, Administration, and Facilities engagement. Experience in Medical Equipment coordination. Complex interior renovations of hospital departments and greenfield project construction. Consultant contracts and oversight of internal team members. Will develop, maintain, and oversee protocols, databases, and strategy for achieving most efficient and effective cost control on large-scale construction projects.
