Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, coordinating schedules, monitoring project progress, and resolving on-site challenges. The Superintendent will serve as a key point of contact, liaising between project managers, clients, and site workers to ensure seamless communication and execution.

• Project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Construction expertise, including knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in supervisory tools and construction software is advantageous
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA or Construction Management Certification are a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a superintendent or construction management role
