Assistant Superintendent

Scorpio is a devoted and seasoned team of construction professionals who build to enliven communities and beautify cities. We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent with a passion for bringing buildings to life, for life.

• Oversee, strategize, coordinate, and manage resources and logistics for commercial construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
• Guide subcontractors through construction projects, ensuring goals for project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience are achieved.
• Coordinate inspections required by permits and applicable authorities.
• Prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor safety meetings.
• Participate in weekly scheduling and coordination meetings.

• Passion for construction
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least one year of experience as a Craft Foreman.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Commercial Construction is preferred
