Sales Estimator

LHH is partnering with a commercial construction services organization seeking a Commercial Sales Estimator to support project development and execution across the Jacksonville market. This role combines estimating, bid preparation, and project coordination responsibilities. The individual in this position will work with inbound opportunities while also helping generate new business, interpret plans, prepare proposals, and support projects from award through completion.

• Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for commercial projects
• Interpret site plans and construction drawings
• Generate and follow up on proposals tied to warm leads and active opportunities
• Coordinate material ordering and support job site execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from proposal through closeout
• Communicate effectively with crews, vendors, and customers to ensure successful delivery
• Complete required documentation for commercial-related projects

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with takeoff software

Full-time, in-office (Jacksonville, FL), with up to 50% travel to local job sites

$65,000 – $70,000 annually plus commission
