  • Ensure adherence to all local codes, permitting, zoning regulations, and inspections relevant to multifamily housing
  • Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, change logs, daily reports, and close-out packages
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field-level communication with general contractors and trade partners
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing teams, and Director of Operations to align construction turnover with operational readiness and leasing schedules

  • Knowledge of HUD/FHA, LIHTC, and/or affordable housing construction practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in construction project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present project updates to stakeholders

  • OSHA certification and a strong commitment to job site safety
  • Deep understanding of Florida building codes, stormwater regulations, and multifamily permitting requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership
