Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will create and manage project timelines, supervise construction processes, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

* Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.

* Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.

* Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.

* Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.

* Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.

* Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.

* Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Essential Skills

* Extensive experience in construction management and supervision, including ground-up construction and underground utilities.

* Proficiency in using Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.

* Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.00/hr.
