Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage our commercial projects from the ground up. This role is a permanent position that will focus on auto dealership construction, multi-family residential buildings including apartments and condos, and other commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete oversight of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle including project planning, design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management.
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including the selection and management of subcontractors, work crews, equipment, materials, and suppliers.
- Ensure all construction activities align with architectural and engineering plans, reading and interpreting blueprints when necessary.
- Manage and control project budgets, negotiate contracts and change orders, and ensure project profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement and manage quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate project tasks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project risks, including mitigation plans and strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven experience in auto dealership construction, "Commercial Ground Up", and multi-family residential buildings including apartments and condos is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in project management software, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional skills in budget management, project planning, and subcontractor management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
