We're Hiring: PEMB Field Superintendent (Jacksonville, FL)
Are you a natural leader with hands‑on PEMB experience? Ready to take charge in the field and help build some of the Southeast’s most impressive metal structures? Harrell Construction is looking for a PEMB Field Superintendent to join our growing team in Jacksonville!
As our new Field Superintendent, you’ll work closely with our project managers and oversee commercial pre‑engineered metal building (PEMB) crews on job sites across the southeastern U.S. From massive aircraft hangars to complex warehouse builds, no two projects are the same—and neither are the days. If you like variety, leadership, and a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:- Lead, support, and coordinate all job site operations
- Manage PEMB production crews and ensure quality installation
- Work directly with Project Managers to keep things running smoothly
- Maintain safety, schedule, and high production standards onsite
- 3-5 years of PEMB installation experience
- Previous job site management & quality control experience
- Solid knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation
- An associate’s degree
- Experience in roofing or commercial construction
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
