Atlantic Coast Construction Group builds commercial projects across North Florida with in‑house concrete and masonry divisions. We are building leaders in the field, not just crews.

The Concrete Foreman leads field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires hands‑on leadership, production oversight, safety compliance, and coordination with project management. The Foreman must set the tone for performance, professionalism, and jobsite discipline.

• Lead concrete crews on commercial projects
• Coordinate daily production goals and manpower
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Track materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Maintain schedule performance and productivity targets

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on commercial projects
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds when required
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Experience with Procore preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Dependable transportation required

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.
  
  -3:30 p.m.; occasional travel to regional project sites.

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience
