Asa Project Manager ,Ceilings,youwillmanagethefulllifecycleofavarietyofprojects,ensuringtheyarecompletedontime,within budget,andupto

Acousti’shighstandardsofquality.

Youwillworkcloselywithcustomersandinternalteams,whileleveragingyourexpertiseinstandardandspecialtyceilingsysteminstallationtodeliverexceptionalresults.

Inthisrole,youwill:

• Reviewprojectscoperequirementstoidentifyrisksandclarifyexpectationswithallstakeholders
• Developaccurateandcomprehensiveprojectcostestimatesforpricingdecisionsandprofitabilitymanagement
• Ensurebidproposalsarepreciseandalignwithprofitgoals
• Accuratelyestimateandmanageceilingprojectsfrompre-starttocloseout
• Completematerialtake-offs,placematerialorders,andmanageprojectdeliveryandpunchlists
• Engagewithcorporate,institutional,government,medical,andhospitalityclients
• Conductprofessionalface-to-facecustomerinteractions,frominitialcontacttobusinessclose
• Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationshipsthroughconsultativeselling
• Maximizesalesopportunitiesandgainmarketsharethroughproactiveoutreach
• Developadatabaseofqualifiedleadsthroughreferrals,cold calling,networking,andmore

Tosucceedinthisrole,youshouldhave:

• 3+yearsofcommercialceilingsalesexperience
• Strongcommunicationskillswithcustomers,constructionteams,andinternalpersonnel
• Project Managementexperienceoradegreein Construction Management
• Strongknowledgeofceilingproducts,installation,andfieldtroubleshooting
• Abilitytoevaluateandrespondtocustomer
  
  RFPs,blueprints,specs,and contracts
• Experiencemanaginglargeceilingprojectsandensuringsuccessincost,schedule,and quality
• Experience with Quick Bid /On-Screen Takeoffand Timberline software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Officeandotherconstruction -relatedsoftwaretools

Inadditiontotheabove,wewouldprefercandidateswith:

• Familiaritywithconstructionindustrypractices,methods,materials,and specifications
• Strongabilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyaspartofateam

Required:

Degreein Construction Managementorrelatedfield ,orequivalentexperience
