Senior Estimator - Jacksonville

Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator!

We are based in Jacksonville & love building in and around our city.

We're looking for:

- 5-10+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC

- Strong understanding of construction pricing, market conditions, and trade scopes

- Experience with conceptual estimating and GMP development

- Ability to lead estimate efforts independently

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Background in one or more of the following markets preferred:
Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal
