Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Terra Build is a luxury residential and development company focused on high-end custom homes, land development, and opportunistic real estate projects throughout Northeast Florida and beyond. Our projects range from waterfront custom homes and estate residences to large-scale residential developments and specialty construction projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and execution of high-end residential projects from groundbreaking through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction operations of multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

The ideal candidate understands luxury residential construction, can effectively manage subcontractors and vendors, and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality finished product.

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall job progress
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspections
• Maintain quality control and ensure projects meet Terra Build standards
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
• Identify and solve construction issues proactively
• Manage selections, change orders, and field coordination
• Track job costs and assist with project reporting
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Luxury residential construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
