We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout Northeast Florida. This role will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with owners, subcontractors, field teams, and company leadership to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
  • Monitor project costs and maintain budget accountability
  • Process change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure schedule and quality objectives are achieved
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Participate in project turnover and closeout activities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and processes
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Experience reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience with healthcare, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, education, or mixed-use commercial projects
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software
  • Experience with negotiated and design-build projects
  • Knowledge of Florida commercial construction markets and subcontractor relationships
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget
