A bit about us:Based in Jacksonville, we are a well‑established and growing GC that specializes in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground‑up and includes Wood Spring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more.
Due to growth, we are hiring a Project Manager.

MUST HAVE
- Experience as a Project Manager at a GC
- Experience with commercial, hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction
- Experience with ground‑up construction
