Job DetailsWe are seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for financial performance, subcontractor management, and overall project execution.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Lead preconstruction efforts including RFP development and buyout
- Run internal and external project meetings
- Operations Management
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Maintain document control and reporting systems
- Track and update project schedules
- Ensure quality control and timely material procurement
- Subcontractor & Client Management
- Negotiate and issue subcontracts and purchase orders
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
- Oversee project closeout and punch list completion
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
- Financial Oversight
- Manage project budgets and cost tracking
- Lead monthly cost reporting and forecasting
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Negotiate and manage change orders
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen and project controls experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
