Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
Plans, manages, and oversees construction projects ranging from multiple medium projects to large, multiple-contract projects of moderate to high complexity. Accountable for all construction management activities on assigned projects. Scope of human resources management includes construction representatives and construction specialist jobs. Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and the company’s field personnel. Provides internal consultation to construction representatives and acts as a technical resource to other function groups within the division.
Develops new opportunities for business through proposal and general contact with current and potential clients. Contributes to the administration and operation of the construction services group, as required. Supervises and coordinates all shop drawing activities. Reviews government regulation in order to provide consultation services that reflect an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legal requirements. Performs other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree. 12 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Driving RequirementsAn appropriate and valid driver’s license is required.
