Description Oversee daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Review project plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders. Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
