The Healthcare Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description Lead and manage construction projects in the healthcare sector from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment on-site. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the construction process. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations and industry standards.

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
