Construction Supervisor 3rd shift

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be part of the project management team supporting various construction efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Shift: M-F 11pm-7am

Pay Range: $34-$38

What's the Job?

• Oversee the Safe Work Permit process to ensure compliance and safety during construction activities.
• Manage and motivate a team of construction workers to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Plan and organize tasks, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects, ensuring smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Construction Supervisor.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of project management processes and required documentation.
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Excel, Project, and Word.
