A leading Jacksonville area Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent ready to own the field and drive commercial projects from start to finish. This is a true leadership role for someone who can take control of the jobsite, lead with confidence, and deliver results.

Take the lead. Run the site. Build what matters.

• Lead all field operations, from preconstruction planning through project closeout.
• Direct subcontractors and trade crews with authority, organization, and accountability.
• Make real-time decisions that impact schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project success.
• Serve as the on-site leader and trusted point of contact for clients, Project Managers, trade partners, and company leadership.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite while keeping projects moving forward.
• Mentor field staff and help develop the next generation of construction leaders.

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience, preferably with ground-up commercial projects.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, codes, and safety standards.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, inspections, site logistics, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
