Role & responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute bridge, flyover, pile foundation, and highway structural works.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Manage construction activities including piling, pile caps, piers, abutments, girders, deck slabs, and retaining structures.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, survey, and safety teams.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements (IRC, MORTH, IS Codes).
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and support billing/documentation.
- Control costs, minimize delays, and achieve project milestones.
- Diploma Reguler/ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech); M.Tech is an advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in bridge, flyover, pile foundation, and highway construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, IRC, MORTH, IS Codes, and quality standards.
- Experience in managing piling, substructure, superstructure, girder launching, and deck construction works.
