Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for leading the successful execution of construction projects through effective planning, coordination, and oversight of field operations. This role manages project superintendents, foremen, craft personnel, and trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Project Superintendent oversees all phases of medium to large-scale projects, including projects operating under prime contracts, while fostering a culture centered on Safety, Quality, and Productivity (SQP). This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring exceptional project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution- Develop and implement project work plans to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate daily construction activities and allocate resources to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, and overall performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop superintendents, foremen, and field personnel.
- Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the project team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and professional conduct.
- Represent the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support client satisfaction and contribute to long-term business partnerships.

- experience working on projects for concrete walls preferably in the waste water industry
- not looking for people coming from general contracting, needs to be hands on with the work
- form work experience with concrete placement
- experience with vertical wall work - 20ft waste water management experience
