Multi‑Family/Hospitality Superintendent (Construction) – SE US (Traveling)

Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 per year + Benefits

Base location:
Jacksonville, FL (mandatory travel throughout the southeastern United States)

Director of Construction, CEO, COO, & CFO

The Integrated Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Multi‑Family/Hospitality Project Superintendent who balances technical wood‑framing expertise with strong organizational leadership. This role offers direct visibility to executive leadership and autonomy to manage day‑to‑day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead daily on‑site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Plan and execute extensive wood‑framing tasks, including accurate material take‑offs and efficient installation.
• Coordinate all MEP installations (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Maintain daily Procore reporting: track manpower, materials, progress, and safety incidents.
• Develop weekly “Look Ahead” schedules, conduct subcontractor meetings, and monitor project costs.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, maintain a safe site, and implement strict quality control procedures.

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in construction.
• Extensive wood‑framing experience and deep knowledge of MEP systems.
• High proficiency with Procore for daily updates and reporting.
• Current OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.
• Mandatory ability to travel throughout the southeastern United States.

• Wear steel‑toe shoes and work in non‑temperature‑controlled environments.
• Manually lift up to 75 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Work weekends as required.
