• In Estimating commercial and federal construction projects, including projects valued at $
• 2M+Developing estimates from both detailed drawings and limited conceptual informat
• ion Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to build and validate project pric
• ing Reviewing plans, specifications, scopes, schedules and site logistics to identify risks and opportunit
• ies Developing budgets and evaluating alternative construction methods and value-engineering opti
• ons Working alongside Operations and Project Management on constructability and project plann
• ing Tracking construction and material cost trends to improve estimating accur
• acy Supporting the transition from successful bid through preconstruction and project deliv
• ery Building relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors and suppli
• ers Taking ownership of multiple bids while managing deadlines and competing priorit

• ing3–5+ years of estimating or construction experience, with 5+ years prefer
• cts Federal or government construction estimating experience is highly val
• ued Experience with projects in excess of
• $2MStrong understanding of construction plans, specifications, scopes, quantities and pric
• ing Experience with estimating and takeoff platforms such as SAGE, RS Means, Bluebeam or On-Screen Take
• off Strong analytical, organizational and communication ski
• lls Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experie
