Dalton is seeking a Creative Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and loves bringing order to creative chaos. This role is responsible for keeping creative projects moving smoothly from intake to delivery by managing timelines, resources, and communication across creative, account management, and production teams. If you’re equal parts organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, this role sits right at the heart of how great work gets done.

What

You’ll Do in the Role:
  • Own the intake and tracking of creative briefs, revisions, and changes orders
  • Assign tasks and projects to appropriate creative team member based on scope, timing, and availability
  • Act as a key liaison between creative and account management teams, proactively flagging risks and deadline concerns
  • Build project timelines and communicate creative team availability to account management team
  • Assist with print production, including estimates, vendor coordination and on-time delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings and touchpoints as needed
  • Create purchase orders and support billing and invoice reconciliation
  • Partner with VP, Creative Ops Director and Traffic/Production Director to improve workflows, processes and team efficiency
What Youll Bring to the Role:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a creative agency, project management, traffic, or creative operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in creative project management
  • Demonstrated knowledge in traffic management/creative operations best practices, creative workflow optimization and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of traffic management software, ideally Web vantage
  • Experience with photo and video production
  • Knowledge of social content terminology and formats
