Sporting Club Jacksonville offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing soccer market, contributing to the broadcast and digital content for both men’s and women’s professional soccer teams. As a key member of the Sporting Club Jacksonville family, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the club’s public image, engaging with fans, and building the soccer community in Jacksonville, Florida.

• Video Production:
  Lead and execute the shooting of high-quality video content for both broadcast and digital platforms.
• Editing:
  Editing video and audio content that helps to grow the community around the club and further engage with existing fans and supporters.
• Workflow Coordination:
  Manage the production workflow, including scheduling shoots, coordinating with talent and crew, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Creative Strategy:
  Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ways to spread the Sporting JAX message, leveraging storytelling, visual effects, and new media trends.
• Content Distribution:
  Work with marketing and digital teams to optimize content for various platforms, including TV, radio, podcasts, social media, and the Sporting JAX website.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain high standards for all content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Innovation:
  Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance Sporting JAX’s content offerings.

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and audio post-production is essential.
• Experience working in pro sports and/or newsroom environment a plus
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for sports storytelling.
• Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audition, Davinci Resolve).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to and willingness to work on weekends, evenings and some holidays, since that is often when games are scheduled
• Team player who enjoys a collaborative work setting
• Ability to play a role on the matchday broadcast crew is a plus
