Campus Worship Leader

MINISTRY OBJECTIVE

Lead a Chets Creek Church campus worship team in creating an atmosphere of worship where people are inspired to know God and be changed by Him in a way that changes the world.

• Lead an effective and growing worship ministry that aligns with and supports the mission of Chets Creek Church.
• Work with the Campus Pastor in planning and leading weekly worship services.
• Coordinate the elements of the worship service including music, announcements, videos, prayer, etc.
• Enlist and develop worship and tech team members at the campus through promotion, individual invitation, and group training and development.
• Responsible for care and maintenance of the worship center sound, lighting and audio-video equipment
• All other duties as assigned by the Campus Pastor or Pastor of Worship

• Sundays: prepare and lead worship service, work with Tech Director to turn and test sound and tech equipment, shut down and put away equipment after service
• During the week: select and prepare songs, schedule service on Planning Center, load service slides into Pro Presenter, Set up Playback for tracks, communicate weekly with Campus Pastor and Pastor of Worship, communicate with worship/tech team volunteers, attend weekly worship leader meeting, attend weekly campus staff meeting, participate in campus special events (such as training meetings, etc) as available.

At least one year of worship leading and team building experience
