Graphic Designer, Creative Design / Digital Art
Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA), is seeking qualified candidates for a position as a Graphic Artist. The Graphic Artist is responsible for media design/layout/development and graphics development on a training product development team, supporting multiple aspects of e-Learning and multi-media training projects. This Jacksonville, FL, opportunity requires full-time in-office support.
This position requires a current SECRET clearance.
Required Skills- High proficiency and recent experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications, especially intermediate to expert-level experience in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong design skills, particularly in an online and interactive environment, including troubleshooting skills
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Systems Designers, and Courseware Developers in the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT)
- Maintain high standards of design, creativity, and adaptability to modern and emerging trends/needs
- Must have a critical eye and be able to create and adapt to the visual intent of a larger project
- Must work well in a collaborative team environment, regularly recommending and communicating solutions to non-multimedia-trained personnel
- Ability to scale design efforts to meet production timelines
- Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a deadline and budget-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and concise

- Able to adapt to customer needs
- Exceptional writing/grammar skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic related field with 3 or more years related experience working in an interactive training environment
