- Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker
Jacksonville, FL
Job Description- Assist clients through incoming calls with needs for credit and short-term lending.
- Address card servicing and sales opportunities by asking probing questions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions.
- Sells and fulfills banking products including credit cards and accounts.
- Manage risk in every transaction leveraging available tools.
- Create a positive client experience through active listening.
- Work schedule includes weekends and holidays; various shifts available after training.
- This position requires being in-office to support collaboration and engagement.
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
