A-Line Staffing is now hiring Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Bankers in Jacksonville, FL
. The Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Compensation- The pay for this position is $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Full-time onsite in Jacksonville, FL with various 1st and 2nd shift schedules available after training. Training schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM starting July 6, 2026. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Handle inbound calls assisting clients with credit, lending, and general banking needs
- Identify customer financial needs through active listening and probing questions
- Recommend and sell banking products including credit cards, checking/savings accounts, and lending solutions
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products while maintaining compliance and risk standards
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication using plain language
- Build, deepen, and retain client relationships
- Make referrals to appropriate banking partners when needed
- Manage transactions in accordance with risk and regulatory guidelines
- Deliver a high-quality client experience on every interaction
- Must be bilingual Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in call center, banking, or sales environment
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to receive coaching and performance feedback
- Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience in inbound or outbound contact center (phone/chat/video)
- Sales experience including upselling, cross-selling, or referrals
- Personal Banker or high-volume client service experience
- Experience supporting card services or lending products
