LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing service-based company to find a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Manage customer details and job updates in the system
- Follow up on estimates and completed services
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or service coordinator
- Background in a service-based company (HVAC, landscaping, pest control, etc.) preferred
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
