Dispatcher - Plumbing

Please note- this position requires availability in the evenings and weekends. Shifts are flexible.

Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service calls for our technicians. You will work directly with the service technicians to prioritize calls and maximize revenue on every opportunity for the Electrical Department. You will act as a communication point for both our customers and our team members, so strong communication skills and a team player attitude are essential for the role.

The Dispatcher should be self-motivated and dedicated to providing a phenomenal experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis. • Maintain daily schedule of calls and prioritize calls that are most urgent
• Monitor dispatch board
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of technicians in the field
• Confirm upcoming appointments for the department
• Understand where each technician is most skilled and select the best tech for each call
• Maintain strong communication between tech and dispatcher

• Update customer database with complete and accurate information
• Provide revenue reports as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional training

• Previous customer service/dispatch experience a plus
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ethical, responsible and trustworthy
• Positive, patient and happy
• Clean cut, helpful, friendly and professional
• Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus
• Ability to work as a team player and communicate well with customers.
