Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely updates and exceptional service.

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on availability, location, and priority.
• Communicate job details and updates to field personnel.
• Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed jobs.
• Follow up with customers regarding service appointments and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
