Job Overview
This role assists clients through incoming calls, addressing card servicing, short‑term lending needs, and identifying additional financial opportunities to help achieve client financial goals.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to uncover credit and short‑term lending needs while asking questions to uncover additional financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions to meet those needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions
- Sell and fulfill banking products including credit cards, lending needs, checking and savings accounts
- Identify client needs for licensed sales functions, making referrals to Line of Business partners
- Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction leveraging available tools
- Create positive client experience through active listening and addressing questions and concerns
- Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives
- Commitment to teamwork and the flexibility to work the schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections
- Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
- Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
- Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
- Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to support and provide card solutions
- Experience in the banking/financial industry
- Experience working in a call center
- Sales experience (upselling and cross‑selling) and/or experience in telephone sales
