Skills
:

• 3+ years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment handling inbound calls and inquiries
• Excellent communication skills for this client and customer facing role
• Knowledge of various investment services to resolve issues around investment, securities, fixed income, and other financial transactions.
• This is specific to investments and is not relevant to Credit Cards or Retail Banking
