The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, organized, and thrives on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound/outbound scripted calls with current and prospective customers
- Respond to internet leads, customer emails, and chat inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows
- Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special campaigns
- Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer database
- Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Automotive BDC or Call Center Experience Preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, coachable, and motivated to succeed
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with strong PC and internet skills
- Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
- Hourly pay + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses
