Bilingual Experienced Automotive BDC Representative

Arlington Toyota isseeking an experienced Bilingual BDC representative!

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, excel with written and verbal communication, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers
• Confidently recommend/promote services
• Outbound customer satisfaction calls
• Respond to customer email & chats
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
• Log customer information and purify database

• Experience handling in/outbound calls
• Call center and inside sales experience is a plus
• Coachable and trainable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization & ability to multi-task
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently
• Strong PC and Internet Skills
