Pay: $14.00 – $14.50 per hour.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front‑desk related activities including answering phones, assisting callers, checking members into the system, conducting tours, signing up new members with rate calculations and monthly payment amounts, and counting the cash drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, completing daily assigned tasks within the first hour of your shift and performing the priority cleaning list, walk‑around, and bathroom checks throughout the day.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities based on club needs.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and positive demeanor, exceeding member expectations.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals during shift.
