In this role, you'll provide exceptional service, coordinate customer requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience from order placement through delivery. This position offers excellent exposure to leadership, operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Communicate with managers, executives, and other high-level internal stakeholders
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Previous customer service, account management, or client support experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional demeanor and confidence interacting with leadership teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is a plus
