Our Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives work directly with Customers to ensure they receive a superior customer experience from the time they purchase in store or online, through to delivery of the product in the home and beyond.

• Friendly and courteous service over the phone
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision
• Prompt follow up
• Execute clerical functions in a timely fashion
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records
• Maintain accurate records for all customer interactions

• Must Speak Spanish
• Qualified candidates will have a steady job history
• 1
  -3 years’ experience in a customer service role is desired but not required
• Candidates must have excellent telephone phone communication skills
• Verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong computer skills are necessary
• The ability to project professionalism
• Must possess a clear and professional speaking voice
• The schedule of this full-time position will include coverage of business hours of Tuesday through Saturday 8:30a.m. to 5p.m.
