Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

We are seeking four detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation of new clients and manage ongoing relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and brokers
• Manage client accounts, including onboarding and ongoing support
• Assist with ACA reporting and compliance, including IRS filings
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain accurate client records and track account updates
• Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy of client information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Support regulatory compliance and year-round account maintenance
• Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous sales or account management experience
  
  Experience working with Excel, Word, and Power Point

Pay: $22.00 per hour
