Responsibilities

  • Possess strong verbal communication skills
  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and voicemails
  • Make 50–80 outbound calls per day to schedule renewal appointments
  • Accurately input data into an industry–specific computer program
  • Manage multiple schedules dedicated to various territories
  • Resolve customer inquiries and problem‑solve
  • Achieve goal for close rate on scheduling

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment

This position operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

Work requires frequent talking or listening, sitting at a desk, and prolonged computer use.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Days Monday through Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
